Staff are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I dropped one star only because the showroom itself is so dismal. Not a comfortable environment to make such a major purchase.

I have been driving BMWs for around 20 years - as well as Jaguar/Landrover/Audi etc - and the BMW services always throw up a surprise - this one was my sensors weren't covered by warranty despite the car being less than 2 years old - more cost !!!

Service completed in good time and reasonable interaction with the team but the wash and vac was not completed and the courtesy car offered wasn't a suitable replacement

The bill was higher than the amount quoted when I booked on the app. I was asked to be there at 0745 but wasn't taken until 0815. I asked them to clear a message on the dashboard as per BMW's advice and was told I'd have to pay £182 for a diagnosis

The gentleman understood that I had no mode of transport after leaving my car so he had my MOT done as quickly as possible. Saving me hanging about all day. Very helpful.

Car booked in for airbag recall, paperwork states that starter motor has been replaced. I called the dealership who said that someone would call me back, no one has.
